G-Score and Garden limitations

The G-Score is a proprietary 0–360 retirement-readiness indicator, not a prediction of returns or a guarantee of sufficient retirement assets. Its component weights, classifications, and results depend on data quality, assumptions, and model versions. Garden categories describe portfolio roles; an asset classified as income-oriented may still carry substantial equity, credit, interest-rate, liquidity, and principal-loss risk.

Monte Carlo and spending scenarios

Retirement-outlook probabilities are model-based estimates, not promises. They depend on assumptions about market returns, volatility, inflation, taxes, withdrawal timing, investment costs, lifespan, and income sources. Different assumptions or market outcomes may produce materially different results. A displayed probability of funds lasting to age 85 or 95 does not mean the result is assured.
