Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Zadu, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
What Zadu provides
Zadu provides financial education, portfolio organization, retirement-readiness indicators (including the G-Score), Garden allocation views, and illustrative retirement projections. Outputs depend on user-provided information, third-party data, assumptions, and models and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The G-Score is a proprietary educational indicator, not a credit score, investment rating, or guarantee of retirement success.
Not an advisory or brokerage relationship
Unless Zadu separately provides and clearly discloses a regulated service through an appropriately registered entity, using Zadu does not create an investment advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, legal, accounting, or tax-client relationship. Zadu does not execute trades or take custody of assets through its educational features. See Important Financial Disclosures.
Accounts, access, and user responsibilities
Protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Review imported holdings, account values, income, expenses, and assumptions before relying on any display. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and for confirming information with account custodians and qualified professionals.
Connected accounts and uploaded documents
If you authorize an account connection or upload documents, you instruct Zadu and its contracted providers to access and process information necessary to deliver the requested features, subject to the Privacy Policy. Account connections are read-only where described as such. Uploaded statements may contain sensitive information; use only supported secure upload channels.
Subscriptions and billing
Any paid tier, price, trial, recurring charge, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. Payments may be processed by a third party. Access to paid features may end upon cancellation or nonpayment, subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse, interfere with, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer where prohibited by law, or attempt unauthorized access to Zadu. You retain ownership of information you submit, subject to a limited license for Zadu to process it to provide and secure the service. Zadu retains rights in its software, designs, and proprietary methodologies.
Availability, changes, and termination
Zadu may modify or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any paid commitments. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the in-app controls. Zadu may suspend access for security, abuse, or legal compliance. Deletion and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Financial data, simulations, and AI-assisted content may contain errors. Zadu does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accurate predictions, investment performance, or suitability for any particular person.
